- Live progress bar per feed
- Parsing, saving and Shopify stages
- Counts of created, updated and missing products
- Duration and errors per run

## See what is happening

Large imports take minutes, sometimes longer. Instead of a spinner, the app shows the stages a run moves through: downloading and parsing the feed, saving products, creating or updating them in Shopify. A percentage combines the parsing progress and the Shopify progress so the bar keeps moving.

## A history you can trust

Every scheduled run writes a record: when it started and finished, how many products it parsed, created, updated and marked missing, and any error. Support uses the same log to answer "what happened to product X on Tuesday" precisely.

## Failures are visible

Runs that stop because the feed was empty, unreachable or dropped below 70 percent of the previous run are marked failed with a plain-language message, and the previous data stays live in your store.

## FAQ

### Do I have to keep the app open during an import?

No. Imports run on our servers in the background. Open the app whenever you like to see where the run is.

### How do I know why a run failed?

Each run records a status message in your language and, for support, the technical error. A feed that could not be downloaded, returned no products or dropped below the safety threshold is shown as failed with the reason.

### Can I see what changed in the last sync?

The run log lists parsed, created, updated and missing product counts and the duration for every run, so you can confirm a supplier update reached your store.
