# Import MidOcean XML feed to Shopify

## Steps

1. **Get your MidOcean feed link** Log in to your MidOcean account or ask your account manager for the XML feed URL. Open it once in a browser to confirm it shows product data.
2. **Add the feed in the app** Install Product XML Import by ProXI, open Settings, add a feed and paste the URL. Set your price multiplier and choose draft mode for the first import.
3. **Import and enable sync** Start the import, review the products in Shopify admin, publish the ones you want and switch on price and stock updates.

MidOcean is a European supplier of promotional products with separate product, price, stock and print-data feeds. The app combines them into one catalogue with variants and print information as metafields.

## How the MidOcean integration works

MidOcean publishes several data sources: the product catalogue, a price list, stock levels and print-position data. These are configured as a composite feed: the app reads all of them, joins them by article number and writes one Shopify product per article with colour variants, prices and stock.

Print positions, techniques and print prices can be written to metafields on the product so your theme or a customiser app can show them.

## Pricing tips

Price lists are tiered by quantity. The profile picks the tier you sell at and applies your multiplier on top.
