## Steps

1. **Get your VidaXL feed link** Log in to your VidaXL account or ask your account manager for the XML feed URL. Open it once in a browser to confirm it shows product data.
2. **Add the feed in the app** Install Product XML Import by ProXI, open Settings, add a feed and paste the URL. Set your price multiplier and choose draft mode for the first import.
3. **Import and enable sync** Start the import, review the products in Shopify admin, publish the ones you want and switch on price and stock updates.

## What is in the VidaXL feed?

The VidaXL dropshipping feed carries product codes, EAN barcodes, titles, long descriptions, category paths, multiple image URLs, weights, package dimensions, the dropshipping price and per-country stock. Products are mostly single-variant, which makes the feed a good first feed for a new store.

## Pricing tips

VidaXL publishes a dropshipping price, not a retail price. Set a price multiplier that covers your margin, payment fees and returns; many merchants use 1.4 to 1.7 depending on the category. If you receive the recommended retail price in the feed, it becomes the compare-at price automatically.

## Stock and shipping

Stock changes daily. Use three or eight runs a day and let Shopify stop selling at zero. Weights and dimensions from the feed are written to the variants so weight-based shipping rates work.
