What the app does

Product XML Import by ProXI connects a supplier XML feed to a Shopify store. Merchants paste the feed URL, preview the products the app found, and import them with variants, images, prices and stock. After the first import the app keeps prices and stock up to date on a schedule, so the store never sells something the supplier no longer has.

Why we built it

Ondokuzon started as an agency serving Shopify merchants in Turkey and Europe. Almost every dropshipping and wholesale client had the same problem: the supplier published an XML feed, and someone had to turn it into Shopify products by hand and then keep it current. We wrote the importer for our own clients first, published it on the Shopify App Store in April 2024, and kept adding suppliers as merchants brought new feeds to us.

Today the app processes feeds from more than 190 supplier domains, including Google Merchant style feeds, RSS and Atom catalogues and hundreds of custom XML layouts.

How we work

  • Setup help is part of the product. Share your feed link and we check the structure before you import.
  • No mapping screens. The app recognises the feed layout and maps titles, variants, images, prices and stock automatically.
  • Safe by default. A run that finds no products, or far fewer than last time, is stopped instead of emptying your store.
  • Honest limits. The app reads XML over HTTP and HTTPS. It does not import CSV, JSON or spreadsheets, and we say so up front.
