Frequently asked questions
How is the app billed?
Through Shopify billing, on your regular Shopify invoice, in US dollars. You can choose monthly or annual billing; the annual price equals ten months, a 20 percent saving.
Which plan do I need?
Starter imports products once and is meant for catalogues you update by hand. Basic adds a daily price and stock sync, Professional syncs three times a day, and Enterprise eight times a day with no product cap. If you have more than one supplier feed, pick the plan with the number of feeds you need.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from the app. Upgrades take effect immediately. When you move to a plan with fewer feeds, feeds above the new limit must be removed first, starting with the oldest.
Do you enforce the product limits?
The product counts describe the catalogue size each plan is designed and priced for. If your feed is much larger than your plan, we will ask you to upgrade so sync runs stay fast for everyone.
Is setup help included?
Yes, on every plan. Live chat inside the app, e-mail and a review of your feed before the first import.
Are there any other costs?
No. There are no per-product fees, no fees per sync and no charges for support.
