Terms of service

The terms under which Ondokuzon provides the Product XML Import by ProXI Shopify app and this website.

These terms apply to the Product XML Import by ProXI app ("the app") published on the Shopify App Store by Ondokuzon ("we", "us") and to this website. By installing the app or using the site you agree to them.

The service

The app reads product data from XML feeds you provide and creates or updates products, variants, prices and inventory in your Shopify store. Scheduled updates run according to the plan you have chosen. We may add, change or remove features as the app evolves.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that you are allowed to use the feeds you connect and to sell the products they contain.
  • You are responsible for reviewing imported products, prices and stock before and after they go live.
  • You keep your Shopify account and store settings secure.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed through Shopify's billing system in US dollars, monthly or annually, and appear on your Shopify invoice. Changing plans may require deleting feeds that exceed the new plan's limits. Fees already paid are not refunded when you downgrade or uninstall, except where Shopify's policies require otherwise.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, in particular when a supplier feed is unreachable or changes its structure. Support is provided through in-app chat and e-mail during business hours in Istanbul, with best-effort responses outside those hours.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including damages caused by incorrect data in a supplier feed. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if a feed causes harm to the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
