The dropshipping problem XML solves
A dropshipper does not hold stock, so the store must mirror the supplier's warehouse. Manual CSV uploads go stale within hours. With a feed connection the store follows the supplier: when a size sells out at the warehouse, the next sync sets it to zero in Shopify; when the supplier raises a price, your price moves with it and keeps your margin.
A typical setup
- Install the app and paste the supplier's XML link.
- Set a price multiplier that covers your margin and shipping, and a compare-at multiplier if you want strikethrough prices.
- Import as drafts, review the catalogue, publish the collections you want to sell.
- Turn on price and stock sync at three or eight runs a day.
From then on the app maintains the catalogue. New products from the supplier arrive as drafts for you to approve or as active products, depending on your setting.

Which dropshipping suppliers provide XML feeds?
Most European wholesalers and dropshipping platforms do, among them VidaXL, B2B Sports Wholesale, Dreamlove, Malfini, FactoryPrice and many Turkish wholesalers. If your supplier has a catalogue link ending in .xml or a Google Shopping feed, it will work.
How do I stop overselling?
Enable stock updates on the feed and choose the highest sync frequency your plan allows. Products that leave the feed are set to zero stock automatically, and you can let Shopify stop selling at zero.
Can I hide products I do not want to sell?
Import as drafts, publish the ones you want, and leave the rest unpublished. Filters by category or price can be configured for your feed by support.
