Feeds as tabs
Every feed appears as a tab in the app. A tab shows the URL, pricing settings, update switches, the current status, the last run and the progress bar during a run.
Independent settings
| Setting | Scope |
|---|---|
| URL | per feed |
| Price and compare-at multipliers | per feed |
| Taxable, draft, continue selling | per feed |
| Update price, update stock | per feed |
| Schedule | per feed, frequency from the plan |
Product ownership
Products remember the feed that created them. A run touches only its own feed's products, so two suppliers listing the same article produce two Shopify products unless they share a SKU. Tell support if one supplier should take precedence for overlapping SKUs.
Plan limits
Single-feed plans allow one feed. Two Feeds to Seven Feeds allow the number in the name. When you downgrade, feeds above the new limit must be deleted first, starting with the oldest.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add a second feed?
Upgrade to a multi-feed plan, then click Add feed in Settings. The new feed gets its own tab with independent settings.
What happens when I delete a feed?
Its schedule stops and its products are no longer updated. Products stay in Shopify; delete them from Shopify admin if you no longer want them.
Can the same URL be added twice?
No. Each feed URL can be connected once per store.
