What a run does
- Downloads the feed and parses it.
- Compares the product count with the last successful run; a drop below 70 percent or an empty feed stops the run.
- Matches variants by SKU.
- Sends price changes and quantity changes to Shopify in bulk.
- Creates products that are new in the feed.
- Sets products that are missing from the feed to zero stock.
- Records the result in the run history.
Switches on each feed
- Update price and Update stock can be turned on or off independently.
- Force sync re-writes every product on the next run, useful after changing multipliers.
- Pausing a feed stops its schedule without deleting anything.
Timing details
Runs never overlap: if a run is still going when the next slot arrives, the next one waits. Shopify API throttling is respected automatically; a throttled run resumes after a short pause rather than failing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I choose the exact time of a run?
Runs are spaced evenly from the last run: every 24, 8 or 3 hours. If your supplier updates the feed at a fixed time, tell support and the schedule is aligned so the run happens shortly after.
Can I trigger a run manually?
Yes. Start import in the app runs the feed immediately, in addition to the schedule.
Does a run always update every product?
It compares every product but only writes changes: new prices, new quantities, new products and products that disappeared. Unchanged products are left alone, which keeps runs fast.
